Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the pocket-grids application (referred to as “Pocket Grids”, “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). “pocket-grids” refers to the technical name or identifier of the application, while “Pocket Grids” is the display name presented to users. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the App.
The App utilizes publicly accessible Reddit data in compliance with Reddit's API policies. We do not access private messages, login credentials, or other non-public Reddit data. Use of the App is subject to Reddit's User Agreement and policies.
pocket-grids uses third-party Large Language Models (LLMs), such as OpenAI's API, to generate summaries and insights based on public Reddit data. These features are routed through our backend, which structures and validates data before interacting with LLMs.
AI-generated content is for entertainment and informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee its accuracy or appropriateness and disclaim all responsibility for actions taken based on such content.
Users must engage with the App respectfully and lawfully. The following are strictly prohibited:
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access at our discretion.
pocket-grids offers one-time-use digital products (“Credits”) that enable users to generate additional reports beyond the free allotment. Each Credit is consumable, non-transferable, and considered fully used once redeemed—regardless of the result, content accuracy, or output.
Credits are purchased exclusively using Reddit’s platform-specific currency, known as Reddit Gold. pocket-grids does not process, manage, or store any payment method details and has no control over Reddit’s transaction or refund mechanisms.
Users wishing to purchase Credits must do so in full compliance with Reddit’s terms and policies. The App adheres strictly to Reddit’s policies and does not offer cash refunds under any circumstance. Users are solely responsible for reviewing Reddit’s refund policies before making a purchase.
In rare cases, such as extended outages or major functional failures, pocket-grids may choose—at its sole discretion—to offer internal compensation through bonus Credits. These goodwill actions do not constitute monetary reimbursement and are not guaranteed.
If Reddit representatives process a refund involving Gold spent in the App, any corresponding Credits or digital content (such as AI-generated reports) may be automatically revoked. This is to maintain fairness and prevent abuse of the system.
Additionally, pocket-grids does not retain responsibility for long-term storage of report data or output. Once a report has been generated and delivered, it may be deleted at any time. Users are responsible for saving any content they wish to keep.
We do not guarantee long-term storage of any user data, report results, or Credits. Temporary processing data (such as Reddit posts or AI output) may be deleted after use and is not stored permanently.
We retain only the minimum amount of data needed to operate the Service and comply with applicable laws. It is Your responsibility to save any information you want to keep.
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, errors in AI-generated content, failed transactions via Reddit Gold, or service interruptions caused by third-party APIs or platforms.
Your exclusive remedy for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Service shall be limited to the amount You paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of data, or security beyond reasonable commercial standards.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Arizona courts.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about any updates.
